Service Information Portal includes a graphical administrative interface to enable the service provider to set up the information for each customer or group of customers, storing the information in XML configuration files. When the information needs to be changed, the service provider can either use the administrative interface in edit mode, the administrative user interface when available, or can edit the XML configuration files directly, providing flexibility to match the service provider's operating processes. Service Information Portal comes with template XML files that can be easily used as-is or modified to provide the basis for customer and role XML files.
