Service providers can provide personalized views for individual customers or for groups of customers. Each view that they provide can contain one or more tabs for grouping the information. Each tab then contains one or more modules of information, best suiting the needs of each customer. Service Information Portal enables the service provider to easily filter the data from their managed environment so that the end customer sees only the information that is relevant to that customer. This is done by pointing to customer information in partner applications or by using other HP OpenView products such as Customer Views for Network Node Manager. End users can expand and collapse parts of a service view to make them easier to read with limited window space.
