This curriculum has been designed to drive partners to the Application verification - this is the key point for Partners to promote their applications to the OpenCall community. At HP OpenCall Experience Centers, you can put your best ideas right into the hands of network and service provider decision makers

Overview

HP offers complimentary access to information, tools and services designed to get development teams moving quickly via it's HP OpenCall Developer portal.

  • Free software developer tools (Software Developer Kits and Integrated Developer Environment) downloads
  • Web-based training, as available
  • Developer assistance evaluation* including timely email answers regarding your development or basic installation and configuration questions during the first month
  • Hands-on technical information such as articles, white papers, tutorials and code samples

*The developer assistance service may be extended to five additional questions for a small fee

The HP OpenCall Development Services pack provides access to a base of in-depth knowledge of the HP OpenCall environment, as well as the opportunity to master the wide set of HP OpenCall methods and tools.

HP OpenCall application partners benefits

As an application partner of the HP OpenCall partner program, you will have access to the Premium developer package (Additional fee may apply). Via this package, we personalize our service delivery and tailor it to your specific application requirements.

By buying its 'verification' option, you'll get access to the HP OpenCall Experience Centers, to verify your applications against a full OpenCall network environment and to promote your application to customers and HP field personnel.

You will also get access to the support of your lab systems used for development and testing at no additional charge.

When renewing your membership fees, you will get access to the HP OpenCall Privilege Partner Option; a one-year development questions channel, covering the entire HP OpenCall products suite to use within your labs. You will get support and training on the HP OpenCall products Early Access usage.

HP OpenCall entry development pack

Pack includes:

  • Free software developer tools (Software Developer Kits and Integrated Developer Environment) downloads
  • Web-based training, as available
  • Enhance your public stature through close association with a global technology leader
  • Developer assistance evaluation including timely email answers regarding your development or basic installation and configuration questions during the first month
  • Hands-on technical information such as articles, white papers, tutorials and code samples
  • The developer assistance service may be extended to five additional questions for a small fee

HP OpenCall development services pack

Pack includes:

  • HP OpenCall Developer Training led by an HP OpenCall expert. The in-class training will teach you how to master the application development cycle as well as the programming languages used in the HP OpenCall platforms.
  • HP OpenCall Developer Assistance. You have unlimited email access to HP OpenCall experts, who will answer or acknowledge your development questions within two days, during the first three month period.

HP OpenCall premium development services pack

Pack includes:

  • A named technical coach who will provide technical support for the first three months. Your named technical coach will organize a regular phone conference to assess and follow-up on your development needs, provide you with best practices, code reviews, and prepare a functional verification of your application according to your requirements.
  • A customized training session and workshop to provide you with either advanced development information tailored to their application specifications, design, and architecture consulting on your application at your development site. Email access to a developer assistant for all of your development questions and development platform support questions during the first three months.

The named technical coach will provide you with patches or workarounds to fix development platform bugs and ensure their management process.

At the end of your development phase, you can go one step further and buy the verification option:

  • You will be required to share documentation on your application architecture, specifications and call-flows to help your HP OpenCall named technical coach review the test plans.
  • You will be able to remotely install your application on the HP OpenCall Experience Center. An HP OpenCall named technical coach will run the tests. The standard time necessary to perform these tests will cover five working days.

HP OpenCall Lab platform support for partners

This service provides your development teams with answers to specific questions pertaining to the operation and maintenance of HP OpenCall systems.

The technical pre-requisite to benefit from this service is to attend to a Developer and Administration Training.

  • A special e-mail address dedicated to supporting partner lab systems will be provided to you upon receipt of your membership purchase order.
  • The service provides a one-day response time.
  • The service subscription allows a primary and a backup caller.
