HP OpenCall JSR 309 Technology Compatibility Kit

The Technology Compatibility Kit (TCK) offers a testing suite that allows to check the compliance of JSR 309 API (or driver) implementation with JSR 309 specification.
The TCK is available to Qualified Not-For-Profits and Qualified Individuals for no charge as per Section F.III of the JSPA 2.

The JSR 309 API is a Java™ standard co-specified by HP and Oracle whose aim is to provide multimedia application developers with a generic media server (MS) abstraction interface. It defines a programming model and object model for MS control independent of MS control protocols and provides an abstraction for a large panel of applications from a very simple ring-back tone application to complex multi-media services.

JSR 309 TCK Appeal Process :

The Test Suite for the JSR 309 API may be challenged by any licensee of the JSR 309 TCK.
Test challenges must be made in writing to Maintenance Lead and include all relevant information as described in the Test Challenge Form. Test validity or invalidity are determined based on its technical correctness. If a test challenge is approved, the Maintenance Lead will update the Exclude List accordingly.
