Overview HP OpenCall Universal Signaling Platform Diameter is an HA and multi-threaded implementation of the IETF specification RFC 3588 : Diameter Base Protocol , which defines a network protocol for Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA), and higher level AAA applications defined by the 3GPP consortium. The product provides both C++ and Java programming interfaces. The Base Protocol implementation is designed to be easily extensible to any Diameter application. OpenCall USP Diameter takes advantage of this extensibility to provide a C++ and Java APIs for CCA and 3GPP Sh, Ro, Rf, Cx and Dx. Supported Java and C++ APIs are:
