SLI highlights
- Detect approved Change Orders based on integrity violations — from Tripwire Manager, view all open Change Orders based on the hostname for each server. This provides a quick method of viewing open Change Orders and associated file change information so the changes can be validated and Change Orders closed
- View details of Change Order information — allows you to cross-reference open Change Orders based on violations for each server. This enables you to obtain more information about a particular Change Order for any given server
- Populate the Change Management Database (CMDB) with change information — provides validation that requested changes match to actual changes so that change managers can quickly reconcile authorized changes
- Create an HP Service Desk incident based on unauthorized changes — escalate investigations of unauthorized changes by creating a HP Service Desk incident with change information attached to the incident
