With HP Service Quality Manager Mobile Data Services solution, not only can you monitor your own networks, but also Quality of Service (QoS) perceived by your customers. Whatever the type of service (internet access, mobile VPN, remote office, WAP services, MMS, etc.), no matter what network (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, etc.), the solution provides the operator with a single view of QoS perceived by customer, service usage and customer’s behavior.

Tekelec network-wide solutions provide quality information describing mobile user behaviors, service usage and QoS. Tekelec IAS generates Call, Transaction and IP Detail Records (CDRs/TDRs/IPDRs) and KPIs in real time for all traffic monitored all the time on network interfaces.
