Product description

The Parallon SLA Reporter integrates with HP Operations Service Navigator and produces a variety of Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports.

Users can create an SLA consisting of one or more Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and can associate each SLO with a node in the Service Navigator tree that can be tracked independently. Users then can generate a variety of conformance reports in PDF format.

The Parallon SLA Reporter provides flexibility to set holidays, change weekend parameters, and enter planned downtime before or after it happened. It is a simplified SLA system that provides IT management with the numbers and facts to show the value of IT, negotiate with business, and justify further investments or ROI from an IT service.
