Product description

MQControl Adapter for HP OpenView makes use of the OpenView SNMP (OVsnmp) and OpenView Windows (OVW) API's to discover WebSphere MQ objects, monitor their status and control them by communicating with MQControl's SNMP agent running on HP-UX, Solaris, or Windows. Included is a MIB (SNMP management information block) that defines the WebSphere MQ objects, events, and traps. The NNM Adapter saves the objects in the OpenView object database and provides a graphical view of the objects.
