CG4 Mobile ATS pulls specific asset data from AssetCenter corresponding to the asset tag, location, model, employee, description, assignment, status, etc. (Note: The most common AssetCenter data fields are included with CG4 software “out of the box”, however through Connect-It, customers can modify and map custom fields quickly and easily by updating the supplied mappings.) This data is then loaded onto a mobile handheld scanning computer for use by auditors and technicians in the field to provide inventories, document moves, adds and changes, retire assets, and execute work orders. After the data is updated on the handheld scanners, it is uploaded back to AssetCenter quickly and accurately.

All data collection tasks are completed on-site where the assets reside, enabling users to update information while performing an asset audit.
